La Tijera Avery, L.A. Director of Girls Divisions
Coach LaTi has come to BDA with a huge upside for developing into an elite trainer. As a two sport athlete she possesses the mindset to package the knowledge she's attained and use it to add value to our team. Her passion for youth go beyond the scope of just being there as a coach/trainer. She works tirelessly with youth in the area through the City of Reno to help guide them into the future. Her love of the game of basketball was ever present since she was in middle school. Which lead her to be a standout player on her varsity basketball team.
As a Los Angles resident Coach LaTi graduated from Culver City HS where she was a four year varsity basketball player, but received a track scholarship from the University of Nevada-Reno where she excelled in that sport for four years. She completed her studies in 2012 and received her degree with focuses in Criminal Justice and Communications.
Coach LaTi will conduct Private-Group training sessions, along with leading our girls local-regional-national teams.
